In reply to selection of a desired mode, ink supply systems connected with meticulous cartridges are selectively purged and interconnected to ink supply systems of the colored inks, which will be used in the selected prepared modes.

In Thermo Ink printing, there is a use of print cartridges with a sequence of small electrically heated chambers constructed by photolithography. To build an image, the printer runs a pulse of current through the heating elements causing a haze explosion in the chamber to form a vapor bubble, which propels a droplet of ink out of the nozzle placing them precisely on a surface to form text, barcodes or graphics onto the substrate. The ink's surface tension, as well as the condensation and thus contraction of the vapor bubble, pulls a further charge of ink into the chamber through a narrow channel attached to an ink reservoir. The refill is ready to fire again in less than 100 millionths of a second. Thus, Thermo ink printing is helpful in number of ways proving its effectiveness through its first-rate performance and various edges over the orthodox and ages' long methods employed for printing. |
