Trademark Infringement
<\/strong>Trademark<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>branch of<\/span>\u00a0t<\/span>he<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>IPR and includes name, any word, or symbol, or a device to differentiate <\/span>goods from\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>one manufacturer from another.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
